Released a few updates for Pokemon Deckbuilding Game and Johto Journeys today:
• Both games are now four players max. The game was never really intended to be played with five at once. It significantly increases the game time and dilutes deckbuilding strategies. Was simply a hold-over from other deckbuilding games. Additionally, this allows cards such as Sneasel and Misdreavus to be more easily balanced.
• The Elite Four have been removed. Similarly to the max player count, the Elite Four was meant to be used only as an "impossible mode" aimed towards 1v1. Too often it simply causes the game to drag out until the Main Deck is empty.
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding this, please feel free to message me or post on the Steam Group.
This is my own creation; not an official game.
