My Attempt at Efficiency *Probably Outdated*

This is my first prison that I uploaded (it's actually the first thing I ever added to the Steam Workshop) and it was one of several attempts at maximizing efficiency in my prisons. I uploaded this to allow you guys to add your thoughts to it and help me out, thanks for downloading (if you did) and thanks for any advice you can contribute.
