Sakhalin Strait Addition

This is an ahistorical addition of a strait between the state of Hokkaido and the state of South Sakhalin.

I added the strait because the AI have found difficulties in successfully navally invading Japan as of version 1.0.1, and usually in my games the US never drops a nuclear bomb on Japan.

It makes attacking Japan considerably easier for the player though, which might be a necessary sacrifice for you if you're relying on the AI to help out in an invasion of Japan.

An added benefit is the AI managing to invade through Hokkaido to the Soviets, or reinforcing troops at Sakhalin more efficiently.

It's purely an ahistorical strait added on the basis of potential advantages to the AI, and should (IMO) be used based on which nation you are playing and where other allied nations are in proximity to Japan.
