Sadly, there's not much meat in this puzzle. With the button and faith plate, there's too much of a margin for error. And missing the cube means that you have to go back to the beginning. I never did catch the thing. One way that you might make it a little less frustrating is to have the plates go all the way around, with a stop somewhere to where you then have the option to go back up top either by way of faith plate, or portal. Just a thought.
