You said in your reddit post that the bots won't use the ladders in this map. That is because generated nav meshes don't include ladders. To change this:

1. Open command window
2. nav_edit 1
3. Point cursor at ladder
4. nav_build_ladder
5. nav_save

Hope this fixes your problem :)
