Portal 1 - Test Chamber 14: Advanced

Update: - Made elevator function better.
- Added a new mechanic so the laser functions more like the energy pellet when used and stops working upon beating the puzzle.

Notes: - Dimensions are as close to the original as possible.
- Obviously no energy pellet so this was the next best mechanic.
