I'm glad you liked it, i am trying to answer your issues in order:
* the turrent tripping is deliberate, i wanted to have multiple solutions for that one - up to the player which one they use
* if you step on the plate near to its 'back' (compared against the launching firection) it is possible to get stuck on the angled panel. This is deliberate, as that panel serving 2 purposes:
1. variable - its up to the player to figure out which one they need
2. prevents some issues with the faithplate
*If you have no idea which button does what, take a look at their sympol: they give you a visual cue what button is linked together with what (both the button and the item has the same symbol near it) - this is why its a puzzle : take your surrounding into account, and then act. :)
That must be an engine issue, at least i dont see how i could help it :/
I can assure you, if done right, you can get in and out :) Don't give up! :)
You can also see the other side when I zoom in is a portalable wall, so would need to change that also. I disabled the sound to save on file size, but when I was laying the blue goo I heard a turret die - which was the one that is under the water, it will sometimes just randomly die from the water falling on its head.
