[FIXED] USA Engineer

I take no credit into creating this model as I only made repairs to an error it had.

The issue at hand was the model had T-posing occurring during the unarmed movement animation it possessed. I took the code and rewrote it to fix the issue. Let me know how it works.

I will remove this if the author(s) request me to. I have only uploaded this due to him having no proper access to Steam from currently ongoing PC related issues to upload the fixed version I have made. I will remove this as soon as requested with no fuss should they want me to do so. All gratitude goes to them for putting the effort into creating these models in the first place.
