What does this mean?
pros: salaries work well, lots of trades, havent seen teams struggling with cap, sim times are very fast, i like that there are a lot of lowered varied stats on average players to give them more personality and to define star players better
cons: delay of game penalty for shooting puck over boards, offensive zone faceoff after penalty, ken lowes attributes, hard to find staff, salary cap as someone else mentioned and id love to see the minor league teams reduce the ice time for some players(mainly 1d pair)
