did u forget to put in the HRE parts of the mod? every time i try to look at the things i need for papal coronation my game crashes

Because unrest and development were changed, I changed all the unrest/development related events to use the new system. Mostly I just changed the modifier tags (revolt_risk to unrest, etc). In addition I added the supported_version tag to meta file so that the launcher doesn't complain about it being unsupported.
