I never really liked the solid fields, no matter what color they come in (blue, orange, whatever). This test is better left in the Puzzlemaker.

I agree with the previously expressed opinions that the new field type is just a glorified grate. It looks far too similar to a normal fizzler, IMO. PTI maps that use testing elements outside the standard set (except for pneumatic diversity vents, which were cut at the last minute but were nearly part of the game) can be confusing.

Actually, I worry that the way I got to the final exit was cheating. To get up to the right level, I walked the light bridge up the wall while jumping so it wouldn't drop me.

Nice fun little map. I wasn't quite sure about your weird fizzer thing, but the rest of it was pretty fun.

I usually avoid PTI maps like the plague, but I took a gamble on this one and it actually entertained me, so kudos.
I agree with everyone else that your 'glorified grating' doesn't fit here. However, this is my ONLY issue, so it's a thumbs up from me. Now try making a whole map in Hammer :-)

Nice map, fairly straightforward and never frustrating. I was confused as to why you needed a special fizzler at the end - surely a grate would have done exactly the same thing without giving the player a new element to understand?
