Rega the Deserter - A Wood Elf Follower

This mod adds a follower by the name of Rega to the Riften town square. This is my first mod, so go easy on me. Rega was a member of the Thalmor before the Great War, but when they got extemely racist he left and headed for the Imperial City to warn everyone else of a large attack. After he sabotaged the bows, of course. Nobody believed his claims, so he left for where the war wouldn't reach him. Skyrim. Now he is a mercenary to be hired by anyone who he thinks will beat the Thalmor. He has heard the tales of the Dragonborn and has pledged himself to help him.
