Report a translation problem
The mod should still be working, the tech for unlocking some some stuff was put higher than before (if hydroponics, start at tech 5), in order to keep it consistent with the vanilla game. The vanilla techs needed to unlock it has not changed either. So, don't know what could be the issue.
What research level are you at?
Fixed bugged indoor cactus and cotton farms, changed and modernised it to match the rest of the vanilla game.
