T-Mobile Stadium

Description
I thought I'd liven up the vanilla stadium to make it look more like somewhere people would go.

Stats are identical to the original stadium, I just gave it a smaller 13x8 footprint.

Hope you guys like it!

A big thank-you needs to go out to Elias and GCVos - Elias for the specific LED billboards that I used, and GCVos who made the LED billboard templates and guide available for those who want to make their own billboards.

I like to make Las Vegas, cause that's where I live and why make other uninteresting cities :p, no one has made T-Mobile Arena proper, this will suffice. Thank you :D.
