Bonemeal Manor

Description
Bonemeal Manor is a small player home situated on the outskirts of Riverwood. The map marker is enabled by default. This version features a garden, an archery range, a lookout tower, a fishing pier, a cellar, an exit tunnel, a forge, an enchanting table, an alchemy table, an armory, a storeroom, two beds and a basement.

It's just on the outskirts of Riverwood, it should have a map marker. If you have any mods that change the area around it, it might be incompatible with them.
