Improved UK Flags and Names

This is a simple mod I've made that improves the names and flags for both communist and fascist Britain. Fascist Britain is now called "British Union", as Mosley's fascist movement in Britain was called "The British Union of Fascists," so I thought "British Union" fit the fascist side much more than the communist side. The flag of fascist Britain has also been modified to the official party flag of The British Union of Fascists. Communist Britiains name has been changed to the "British Commonwealth" and it's flag is a communist commonwealth flag. I felt that during the time period a communist Britain with it's empire would become more of an imperial federation made up of the empire's possessions.

This mod is not compatible with any other mod that changes the names of countries, including my own. I will be making a pack of my "Improved Flags+Names" mods so that you may use them all at once.
