If you go to the fountain aroundish the borgia castle like on the side area (not restricted) there will be some glitched guards who will walk up to you, laugh, make the icon above thier heads so crazy, say stuff really fast, and eventually just ignore you. I got some of the Royal guards (?) stuck on a roof and they are still there chatting away
