Ventiqu's three free plugins part 2 [UPDATE AVAILABLE]

Description
Hey!

This is another project which has three free plugins you can use for commercial and non-commercial.

* VE_Core. This allows you to change some things you couldn't without a script like
HP gauge color and width, system color and yet again font.

* VE_MenuPicture. You can now put background image to menu, status, skills, equip, save and item.

* VE_SaveLocation. Whenever player saves a game, it will save game's project name. But with
this you can instead save current map's location name. Plus, you can change map location name color.

These Plugins seem really useful for customizing your game as a beginner.
I will surely give your credit for it if i ever finish my damn game :D

@Johnny Turbotits thank you for bug report. I've fixed the bug and link is now available at description. I need to find a way to update workshop files.
