Description
hack plus, long war, and suit upgrading are the only ones that change gameplay

hack plus is pretty good anyway (gives your hackers progression on successes)

long war is only a toolbox, don't change anything if you don't want to use it

suit upgrading is barely a factor but will save on vital resources lategame.
