Split Switzerland - Outdated

Description
This mod adds a focus for Germany which will divide Switzerland among Germany, Italy and France. The new borders will be the language borders within Switzerland.

- Germany gets a focus to divide Switzerland
- Germany and Italy always get their part

It makes sense that Graubünden also goes to Italy since there's a lot of Italian speakers there too.

This mod wont be updated right? I can't mod, therefore, if anyone reads this, I would like to see an updated version please, that just simply ads these provinces, not even focuses so that one can split up switzerland properly when one does the operation 'Tannenbaum' in the german focus-tree.
