Empire Expanded - State Troop Officers - Radious Edition

So expanding on my modding I used this for personal use however have decided to release it to the public domain.

This pack will add officers to each empire troop as appropriate. There are several in depth variants of an officer that can spawn with chances of capes etc spawning as well.

There are also changes to the Generals and Captains of the Empire slightly. 2 varaints will spawn with different head types/helmets because I was getting fed up of the bearded guy all the time haha.
