Change log:

Homeplanets size increased from 16 to size 25.
Homeplanets number of tileblockers increased by 9.
Starting solar systems have 1 less random object but gain a fixed object with minerals deposits.

Skill cap of leaders increased from 5 to 6.

Military stations HP increased by 1000/2000/4000.

Subject integration base cost increased from 20 to 50.
Subject integration cost per planet decreased from 50 to 20.
Subject integration cost per pop decreased from 10 to 3.

Added the humiliate war goal.
Added the ban ai war goal.
Added the ban purge war goal.
Added the ban slavery war goal.
