The Federation Architects are always looking for new ways to improve security and comfort of our members.
Keeping thoses 2 importants things in mind, last night they came up with this new prototype.
Having not chosen its utility yet, they didnt implement all the engines, fuel tanks and all other commodities yet.
This way it is up to its owner to chose if it will become either a main building, crating area or simply luxury appartment.

The building is divided in 4 room accessible from the lobby wich include 2 staiways leading on the second floor and an elevator leading on the rooftop. The front of the building is garnished with a fancy balcony for your outdoor needs.
Both the Balcony and the roof are surrounded by railguards for your safety and can both have their floor replaced by garden plots.

The Recommended use is the following:
Replace the balcony floor with plots, as it has a ceiling over it to place growing lights and use the rooftop as a landing pad for your Small Vessels or a very small Capital Vessel. Dig a basement to hide all the generators and fuel/oxygen tanks. Use The first floor rooms for all your decoration and life support and use the second floor as crafting areas.

In Order to keep the level requirement and production cost low, nothing else than the building itself has been included.
