Dragon Breath Attacks

Description
Adds breath attacks to the Zombie and Chaos Dragons - both get a weak armour piercing cloud of poison gas, and the Chaos Dragon also gets a more powerful (but non AP) flame attack.

The breath attacks are used as active skills with 0 range - click the icon on the left then target an enemy unit.

At the moment I'm reusing spell FX, so it's lacking graphically - this will be changed once we get the ability to edit vortex graphics and particle effects in the Assembly Kit.

Balance/usability feedback welcome.

I'd like to echo Lil' Willy Shakespeare, I really like this mod but it's conflicting with Molay's Magic because of the whole tables used.

I cant see whre is the dragon breath of the chaos dragon, not even while checking all of his abilities at info panel. do you know why or what caused that?
