Please, I know that the mod possibly works even if the mod loader say is out of date, but many people, like me, can not use the mod loader correctly as shown in the total war forums, and it is impossible to mark the checkbox to use outdated mods. The only solution to that is to update the mod for the new patch. Many we would be very grateful that the mod was updated.

Had this running during a campaign and while it took more than 10 turns to see a confederation, they still happened. I'd love to see one that puts the 'bonus' into the negatives so only the vastly weak will succumb to the vastly powerful for the AI.

so annoying beseiging a settlement after going through plenty of turns to cripple them slowly, only to have them confederate to one of the bigger groups that you're not at war with, even though it isn't even their last settlement.

So this will prevent the AI from confederating as quickly?

Should be savegame compatible - I wouldn't swear to it, but I don't think the campaign variables are locked in when the game starts.
