Treasure Town - Darts' Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Stuff

Description
My first ever mod! :D

It's a simple mod that adds Treasure town as a city state from the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games, specifically from the Explorers games (Explorers of Time, Darkness and Sky). If you're a fan of the Mystery Dungeon games then this should be a rather plesant sight in your civ 5 game.

Press the subscribe button. Then open Civ 5. Click the button that says "mods". After, press the check button on the mod(s) you want to enable. Press next and click setup game. After your mods should appear.

Btw, once you figured out how to make playable civs, dont forget to create a civ under Wigglytuff, guild master and part-time dark lord. ^^

Thats if you dont want to make him angry. Nobody wants to make him angry...

Yup, already stumbled across it a few moments after finding Treasure Town and Post Town. Though i read something that it was broken apparently (not because of the time gears though... ah well... maybe yes. you should look into it) :D

No problem! Now after taking over let's build Temporal Tower directly in it! (Yes, I did make Temporal Tower a wonder, also expect something big coming up).
