I haven't used this in forever....but the physics engine has probably been updated since I made it, so it may need a tuneup!

You can use it without contributer edition - you must find what looks like a save game obelisk with a steam logo hanging above it. It will add every subscribed workshop blueprint to your character.

Simply put, you can't use it unless you have the contributor edition.

You have to have the editor version. Not sure if it has been updated since then. Been quite a while for me!
If you subscribe to the item here, there should be a workshop tab buried in the editor with an option to load it into your scene.
