Description
It is 1700 as nations compete for power. Will you recreate the once glorious Ottoman Empire? Or will you lead a coalition of Africain Tribes to get revenge on european coloinal powers? Will you make the Holy Roman Empire really Roman? It's your choice. If you want to defeat Russia in the Northern war as Sweeden, do it. If you want to make Poland-Lithuania never split up, do it. If you want Scotland to take revenge on England, do it!

Now has a sequel, set in the mideval time period.

There was a HUGE German state exclave in France, They owned the border but much of it was onwed by the aformentioned state. I decided to give the regions to Germany.

You select the goverment type, then it changes flag based on that.
