Description
Medium difficulty map containing two separate chambers (hence the name). Deal with blue gel, flings and catapulted cubes in 'Rebound', before testing with the experimental and rather temperamental Aperture 'Multi-Pupose Button' (prototype). #TWP

Interesting map. Unlike @Mikeastro I actually think the Hammer work could be improved quite a bit (especially the fizzlers). I'm also pretty sure I solved the second room unintended since I never needed the square signage pedestal button behind the glass panels. Thumbs up overall though.

Very creative map, nice hammer work

I found an alternate solution to getting the 2nd cube in the 1st chanber. I also did the same as Geneosis' method of keeping the cube out of the fizzler after activating the X/4th button in the 2d chamber. Was able to make the exit platform using the lightbridge instead of the fling shown in your vid solution, but it's 7 seconds of a far more dangerous exit strategy than the walkthru! Yours is much more elegant. Had this map on hold for a while until I could complete it on coming back to it. Overall nice atmosphere and general play mechanics. Nice extra elements of component failure and ensuing frustration. Thumbs up, favourited! Thanks for making it. Cheers.

Well they don't call us the land down under for nothing. Sounds like an exciting opportunity. Come see Australia next time

Ha, sadly not. I've got an English teaching gig for a Japanese company called Peace Boat; they have a big cruise ship that goes round the world in 90 days, but Australia is a bit too out of the way.

oh wow! I live in Australia, are you going there?
elfarmerino  [author] 13 Aug, 2012 @ 1:48am
Mr.Johno - yeah, lots of people have been doing that, it seems. Kudos, because it's pretty hard to do, though you miss out on one of the scripted events. I probably should put a door up there or something that only opens when the lightbridge gets activated, but I won't get a chance for another few months as I'm off on a big round-the-world trip in a few days....

Great map, i think i broke it by getting to the fizler puzzle third instead of last

Not watched the video yet... Maybe I will try to finish it the rite way before X)

Did you watch the intended solution? It's up top.

I also just managed to get in the top room with the funnel, but I think it was sufficiently difficult to leave it in. Plus I'm off on a huge holiday next week and don't really have time to sit around mapping....
