1x Flawless Ruby
2x Steel Ingot

Upgrading Requirments:
Perk: Arcane Smithing
1X Ebony Ingot

NOTE:
for some reason It cant be enchanted, don't know why though, but I am looking into it!

@GOD Try looking for yourself! Open the console and type "Sword of Omens" and do player.additem *the code* 1

I use for the race Ohems Raht, and i made a 2011 redesign of the sword. And i am waiting for permission to post my own mod file sets that turns steel armor to Lion-O's,and Slayer Armor's gauntlet (which has wraps on one hand and armor on the other) to look like the gauntlet shield.

P.S Could Post my mod which includes your file in it but a modified texture for the 2011 remake on the nexus and steam. Note, it also has Lion-O's armor from 2011.
