Better Laser Antenna (200KM) (Still Working (maybe))

Description
Range is now 200kilometers, vs 40 before.

Cost is same, makes more sense, why would a laser only have 40km and an Antenna 50?

Example usage: I use this to communicate between Planets.

(Well guess laser is more prone to errors thus the lower distance, but in theory it should be the same if anything..)

Just tried this mod out, seems to work fine, havent maxed out the range yet, but took it out to 50km.

Not sure myself, but it depends on the power provided anyway.. and this mod I made ages ago, i should change the title to (maybe working) :P

real life laser antennas go like a million kilometers from what i heard.
