Wasteland Rebuilding of Empires

Description
Everywhere wasteland, and your mission is to rebuild a world. you should have many states on start to play, or you can wait to any new state revolt, save game, load save, and select that state.

States Recomended to play: Russia, Georgia, Ukraine, England, France, Scotland, China, Laos, Thailand. Serbia, Spain, Germany, Ireland, Italy, PROC, USA, Warshawpolita.

Not Recomended to play: Wasteland

Hi all, its cool to saw that this Easily made mod what taken me only an 3 hours to made is pretty popular, so i plan to make an properly edited version of this with edited templates, alternative history states etc., so stay tunned :D

I agree on no research but instead of no manufacturing maybe they should just have cottage factories?

Make the wasteland cities have no research or manufacturing buildings.

That's a good idea Swagdalf, a North American wastelanders, South American, African, Asian, and pan-Pacific would break it up enough to give the player a chance.
