PsychicPebbles Witch Sound Mod

Description
I saw a PsychicPebbles witch mod already on workshop but wanted more out of it. So I went and made my own version with more screams and various bodily noises.

some sound files may cut off but -eh. i've worked 4 or 5 hours on this. too lazy to go back and change it after changing all the files so many times.

the witch sounds are probably the only files in the game that uses a lower bit rate than 44100

the bit rate the game allowed. It wouldn't let the audio be anymore clear or else the audio would slow down 20x the normal speed.
