Description
214 million years ago, a 5km diameter meteor struck in what would become Quebec. In 1970 a dam was built on the Manicouagan River, thus flooding the crater and creating the world's largest artificial island. These days the island is protected from logging and other development, but now you can develop it as you wish!

@Barboss whereever you like? Its not flat and you can't just cover the terrain with whatever pattern of roads you prefer, if thats whatyou mean?
