Another suggestion would be to edit the description to say something like "Minotaurs are staunch defenders, but aren't interested in bounties and mostly stay near their homes" so that players aren't surprised by their behavior.
The pattern was: one of the brothers comes to attack my town, usually targeting a guardhouse. All my heroes rally around to defeat him and are in a gridlock for about 5 minutes (usually gaining 5-10 levels in the process). Then he teleports away, and within a minute, he's back attacking the exact same guardhouse and the whole process repeats. So basically every 5 minutes I have a 1 minute window to make preparations to not die and explore the map to find the builder brother to kill him. The minotaurs are an interesting idea, but since they stay near their base, they're not very useful because they don't respond to flags or go where the brothers are attacking.
I'm not sure if everything was working as intended, though. The three dwarven brothers attacked me early, and kept battling minotaurs for a long, long time (with my heroes sometimes attacking the dwarven brothers as well). It went down basically as an enormous grind (my base was never truly in danger since the dwarven brothers didn't attack my buildings).
