UA: Cosa Nostra - +1 Gold on Mines, Quarries, Wells, and Lumbermills. -50% Maintenence on Gun Units
UU: Boss (Great General/Great Merchant) - Cannot build Citadels and Customs houses. Can build a unique improvement that increases tradde route gold when worked by a city
UB: Speakeasy (Zoo or Tavern) - +1 Gold per worked Luxury

Same issue as other posters have said; even when activated, this leader isn't in the list ingame.

So I can add this to the mod list no problem, but the civ doesn't appear to be selected.

I am Subscribed to them but this Mod doesn't show up in the Selection List when I was setting the Game up.
