Small Pavillon

I'm a fan of big city parks, unfortunately their radius is limited and its not possible to cover the entire city with Parks in this way.
Thats why I build this pavillon, which can set in small spots to fill the remaining city with park influence.
Additionally I tried to make a kind of "realistic" park. I fixed the stats and I think it fits for the moment.
