Description
Summary
The File Compression adds one new type of software that can be developed for both computers and mobile devices. The software add-on includes 20+ new features, 1 new education type and a new item to research.

Balancing
Everything currently appears to be balanced, if you see anything that doesn't appear to be balanced or functioning properly please inform me so that I can fix the issue.

I know, but calling it education just seems wrong. Its not a new education type.

@Kenneth the author means the specialization I think (like 2D, System, etc.) This can be added by just defining a feature with the skill, the tag is called "Category" under the feature tag.
