Devilschain's Dark Brotherhood Bow

This Dark Brotherhood Bow will appear in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary. Its location the same as in the picture. My goal is to create a powerful bow that is also unique/interesting, and fits a more "sinister" theme.

Stats:
* Shock damage on target that scales with marksman skill.
* Minor steal health. 1 Points each second for 30 seconds.
* 30% chance to make target flee for short period of time.
* 10% chance to paralyze target.
* Attack speed is slightly quicker.
* Damage increased by 1.
* UNLIMITED CHARGES
