Remove Equipment Mods

Description
Yeah lock and load is great and all, but really what sense does it make that mods are locked to the weapons you equip them to?

This mod enables the continent bonus 'Lock and Load' and adds a 'Remove Mod' button to the available upgrades list allowing any mod to be removed. Removed mods are added back to your inventory for reuse.

Works with new games and save games.

NB: To turn off the mod remove button until the continent bonus is activated:

1. Go to Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\658977800\Config
2. Open XComDNRemoveMods.ini
3. Set ALLOW_MOD_REMOVE=FALSE

Change Log

2.4 - Continent bonus can now optionally be made relevant by turning off the ALLOW_MOD_REMOVE setting in the config file. Turn it on to bypass continent bonus, turn it off to make remove mod button conditional on continent bonus.

2.3 - Cleaned up the code and made the solution more elegant for professional pride reasons

2.2 - Evil geniusing to work around a bug/shoddy programming in the way the game handles mod removal internally, to make it work perfectly - MWAHAHAHAHAHA

After installing PCS on soldiers and completing the mission, upon returning, everyone's PCS slots are empty and the PCS values are simply added to the soldiers' stats. Is this a BUG or is this how it's intended, and is there any way to prevent PCS from being removed?

Nice and simple mod. The only non-WotC option I could find that doesn't try to force additional "game balances" down your throat with it.

It has some kind of issue not letting me mod spark gear beyond the first slot. Says something about I still need the continent bonus, even if I own the whole map. Most likely another mod not playing nice. But everything else still works just fine, it's still compatible with all of grimy's mods. This is one of the top 5 mods there is IMHO.
