This is a 4x4 level 1 low-density residential building. The full model has 314 tris; the LOD has 132 tris.

Also, the roof is recolourable and has some variations.

NoirMutton brought up the lack of British farm buildings on my Anywhere, UK map, which inspired me to make this little cottage. More cottages/farmhouses and some agricultural buildings to come!

I put a fair few hours into the texture work on this model; it exceeds the quality of my last house asset (Gran's Lawn) by far. I feel particularly proud of the normal map.
