Ion Thruster Replacement

Description
This mod changes the default Ion Thrusters to work in both atmosphere and space. They are 1/2 the thrust power of a hydrogen thruster, but require no fuel. They require the same power as regular Ion thrusters.

Hey sorry @CavalierGabriel. I haven't been into modding SE for a while, but I can try looking at rebuilding and reuploading this mod if people are interested

@SparkStatic, super thrust? you mean increase the thrust power up to a full hydrogen thruster or more?

I have told all my friends about this mod, and they love it! Thank you so much! Now my ships work on planets. I don't like hydrogen thursters as the tanks are so massive
