The Philosopher's Hand

Description
A cool swep I decided to throw together.

MAIN FEATURES:
- Duel weild pistols
- Custom effects for hits and firing
- Teleporting

CONTROLS:
- Mouse1 = Fire the pistols
- Mouse2 = Teleport
- R = Reload / Cancel Teleport
- E + R ( servers only ) = Raise / Lower pistols.

All in all this was just for fun, so don't take it to serious.

I have a friend, (The Drunk Turtle) who is gonna help.
But I might need your KNOWLEAGE of the guy who developed it to change the code for it.

Actually Im scrapping this, I am redesigning it based on my new swep base I have created. Should be better once im done.
