Infinite Underwater Torpedo Base

An underwater torpedo base with enough ammunition to fire forever. This has been tested at 15 minutes of constant firing, and the ammo remained almost as high as it could go while reloading torpedos faster than they could be fired.

This base needs to be set in a low part of the water, or every torpedo will dolphin-jump out of the water. They can still aim at the target and hit it after this, but it slows the speed at which they will reach it.

Once firing, this base won't stop for a long time. If the AI is turned off mid-firing cycle, it will fire around 20 to 40 torpedos before stopping.

Pros-
Hard-to-dodge, high-damage torpedoes
Relatively low cost
Very difficult to hit with cannon rounds, and cannot be hit with conventional missiles
Able to destroy most enemy ships alone if they lack Torpedoes or Lasers

Cons-
Not able to move
Cannot target any flying vehicle
