Because it's useful as a scripting and model resource and someone could theoretically fix it.

As other people say the tanks can go forwards and in reverse, and shoot, but the turning buttons don't seem to do anything.

So it seems that the rogue script movement is broken(?) and the tile laying on the side of the table is just a pink tile for me, what do?

The left and right button don't seem to work, they can only go in a straight line :(
