Description
Adds the Felarya Civilization with Crisis as the Leader.

UA: Felaryan Instinct: Move across Forests, Jungles, and Rivers as if they we're roads.

UU: Tiny: Replaces the Scout. Cannot attack, Is weaker, but can move twice as far, can go into rival territory, and is cheaper to build.

UB: Canopy: Same as the Iroquois UB.

On one hand: heck yeah, a Karbo civ! That was unexpected. On the other hand though.... the abilities are kind of underwhelming? I dunno, I'm just gonna keep my eye on this to see if anything else develops.

Their unique building is actually alot worse then the building it replaces... XD

the UB should be changed, to not just copy the Iroquois. I'd suggest replacing the Garden, so it gives +1 food from jungle and Forest tiles perhaps. or be a UI built upon jungles.
