You should play "HyperDimension Neptunia"series in order to know Nepgear.

The Gehaburn destruction upon other CPUs. Does completely destroy to Cities and damages any Unit caught in the blast radius.

[UB]"Neptower Observatory"
/ SCIENCE +75% / GREAT SCIENTIAST POINT +2
/ City must be built next to a Mountain
Neptune and Nepgear had looked out over the city of Planeptune was defended by Uzume.
Neptower Observatory greatly increases the city's Science output. All newly-trained in this City receive "True Ending" Promotion, improving +1 Visibility Range.

ネプシリーズmodでプレイしていると時たま資源取引などをすると、勝手に時間勝利になってしまうのですが、同じような誤作動は他でも上がっていますでしょうか？

I'm not good at English, but I will write custom dialogue in English at some time.

Since this is the latest thing you made, and you dont seem to be ever online when I am, I have something to tell ya.

If you send me the dialogue in english, I can translate it into german so the central europeans like me dont have to reinstall the game to get custom dialogue. Also, for all your nations there is no defeat text. (atleast in german).
