Just an empty plot of land, half overgrown with tall grass, half used by a small transport company. Very useful to fill up some empty space in your city.
I tried to keep the amount of Workshop props somewhat limited, so the list of dependencies stays small.


This asset is purely cosmetic, so it doesn't:
- use water or electricity;
- generate pollution or trash;
- provide entertainment;
- attract tourists.
