Description
I'm adding this as a warning prior to download: This map is getting reports of crashing servers and hanging on spawn. I want to eventually get this fixed, but in the meantime, download at your own risk.

My take on creating another surreal/abstract map for Killing Floor 2. I want to make the map itself virtually symmetrical, rooms with somewhat tight movement about them, scenery/rooms/halls that change, and to use various methods to create some confusion and unease.

Key features of the map right now are:

Symmetry in current rooms.
Scenery swapping when players are not looking and/or inside the room.
Destructible lighting and objects including walls, ceilings, and floors (you can, in a sense, kill floors now).
Tight movement through the map while still leaving enough open air for distant kills.
Literal portal spawns. Enemies will enter the playable area of the map through portals that open when in use (except vent spawns, they stay open after the first use).
Key features to be added in future updates:

At least 6 total rooms to expand the map.
Particle effects on more destructible objects.
Visually changing hallways for future connecting rooms.
Hidden item caches with better item spawns.
This is by no means the final product, but it is at a point that I feel comfortable releasing what I have done right now to have open for testing/feedback as I improve upon the map (hence only two rooms right now that are relatively close to finished instead of several rooms that are lacking detail).

Constructive feedback is greatly appreciated, I am constantly seeking to better my level design skills!

Your map kills my server ( boots all players ) i need to restart it . readded your map already 3 times. and deleted all of the files of it.

Escheresque is one of my favorite maps and this one looks promising.
Love the fire that you have to avoid in one of the rooms. I've been wanting to see maps where there are obstacles you need to avoid.
One thing you could do with the street/building section is to have the buildings lead up to a street on the roof to expand that room a bit and add to the abstract feel of it.
Also some lights. It shows lights in the pictures, but when I played it solo, there were no lights at all :S, I had to completely depend on my flashlight.

I would recommend trying to reload the map if running on a dedicated server. It seems to resolve the issue on my end, but other than that it is certainly an issue I have difficulty pinpointing the problem.

Is this in Single Player or while running it off a dedicated server?

For some reason on this map you spawn with zero weapons and zeds are invisible. Fix please!

Been a while. After almost giving up on this map I skimmed through it and figured out a fix for the lighting. I'll resume work on this map and Escheresque once Killing Floor 2 comes out of Early Access (it depends). Apologies for the long delay for this to be functioning again.

It seems an update did screw up the lighting (and might be the cause invisible issues for some). Going to see what I can do to fix the issues.
