Is it a Tram Station, or is it A PARK?!? It's both!! It can also function as an interchange as well!! For people with right-hand-drive cities, this asset has the lines running to the right on the top, and left on the bottom. If needed, it can be changed for left-hand-drive cities. This will also function as a park for people to hang out at, and paths will enter the middle from the walkways above ground. Requires Snowfall
